
Charles Cozens is a true Renaissance Man of the Canadian music industry. Highly acclaimed as an award-winning arranger, composer and orchestrator for major Canadian and International artists and ensembles, he is also a gifted orchestral and theatrical conductor, pianist, accordionist, impresario and recording producer. His orchestrations and compositions have spanned many genres, including audio recordings, movie and television soundtracks, and other media.
Legendary in the industry, he is well known for creating compelling symphony shows, featuring his arrangements for full orchestra, performed by artists such as Sir Elton John, Randy Bachman, The Canadian Tenors, The Nylons, Mark Masri and Quartetto Gelato.
Maestro Cozens has for many years been a strong advocate for the Canadian music industry, helping to develop and nurture up-and-coming Canadian artists. As the founder of the Burlington New Millennium Orchestra (BNMO), he is looking forward to presenting more shows with talented, dynamic Canadian artists.

Evy Beraldo grew up in Hamilton but has lived most of her life in Burlington. A graduate of McMaster, she earned a Hons BSc in psychology and a CPA while working as an accountant.
Having gained experience at several manufacturing companies in Waterloo, Mississauga and Burlington, Evy joined Nalco, a U.S.-owned multi-national corporation, where she worked for 21 years until retiring in 2011. The last six years at Nalco were spent as country Administrator and Canadian Finance Manager. As C.A., Evy chaired local leadership meetings and oversaw Canadian facility administration, operations, and safety.
Evy is currently on the boards of her condo and cottage associations, Arts & Culture Council of Burlington, and church council and sings in the Hamilton Estonian choir. She also participated in the Estonian Song Festival in Estonian 2014 & 2019. Massed choirs totalled over 30,000 individuals on stage in the grand finale in 2019.

Rob Stonehewer is an experienced creative director, writer and results-driven marketing professional. Since 1995, RSA Marketing has provided a complete range of marketing services including brand identity, marketing communications, websites, promotions and performance improvement programs. He is also the property owner/manager of RSA Furnished Rentals.
As a volunteer, Rob is a Board Member of Burlington Museums Foundation and was Vice-Chair of the Museums of Burlington, Past Chair of the Burlington Chamber of Commerce Marketing & Communications Committee, former Board Member of the Arts & Culture Council of Burlington, and advisor to the Halton Region Business Access to Professionals program.

Don Pangman is the Founder of ArtHouse, a Halton-based charitable organization that provides FREE Arts programs for vulnerable children and youth from 7–17 who may not have any access to arts programs. Celebrating its 12th Anniversary in June 2021, ArtHouse has served over 9,500 young people with 661 programs at 90 safe and accessible locations throughout Halton.
Don co-founded the Oakville Jazz Festival and the St. Jude’s Celebration of the Arts. He has also served on the board of the Oakville Symphony Orchestra and the Oakville and Toronto Boards of Canadian Music Competition. Don is the recipient of the United Way Chair’s Award, the McPhie Award from the Children’s Aid Foundation of Halton, Oakville’s Community Spirit Award in the Arts and in 2012, he was presented with The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal and the Rotary International Foundation’s Paul Harris Award.

Three-time Carnegie Hall performer Haley Marie is the founder of Aurelia Productions, a company devoted to presenting music in new, yet tradition-preserving ways. Through a series of live musical documentaries, audiences are introduced to the behind-the-scenes history of music through projections, storytelling, and live performance, often leaving audiences stunned by the circumstances and background of much-loved music.
Miss Marie has obtained flute performance degrees from the Royal Conservatory of Music, McGill University and Yale University. She is also a member of the College of Examiners at the Royal Conservatory of Music.
Nonetheless, preserving the authentic history of classical music is her true passion. Her touring shows are represented by DeMerchant Artists Agency in both Canada and the U.S. Miss Marie’s unique combination of music, multimedia and history has led many audiences on a journey to discover the inner workings of genius and the human spirit.

Joseph is a world-renowned accordion player, a sought-after performer and an inspired teacher. He’s received the Order of Canada “for his pioneering achievements as a musician and educator, and for bringing the classical accordion to Canadian concert halls,” according to a citation on the Governor-General’s website.
Linda Cara, vice-president of the Toronto Musicians’ Association, presented him with a lifetime achievement award. His technique with the bellows is unique, and it’s that, along with his amenable personality, that has allowed the accordion to be accepted, Cara said at the time.
